Concental is a branded ingredient from Finzelberg based on Sideritis species, commonly known as Greek Mountain Tea. Finzelberg describes the ingredient as plant-based and non-stimulant. A closer look at the research
A 2018 randomized, double-blind trial assigned 155 adults aged 50–70 to a specific Sideritis scardica extract at 475 mg or 950 mg daily, ginkgo, or placebo. Researchers assessed cognition and mood, with brain blood-flow measures in a smaller subgroup, on the first day and after 28 days.
Results varied by dose and test. At 950 mg, participants made fewer false alarms on one attention task after 28 days compared with placebo. Both extract doses increased measures of oxygenated haemoglobin and oxygen saturation in the prefrontal cortex during tasks on the first day. These are specific study findings, not a demonstration that every cognitive measure improved. Read Wightman and colleagues' study in Nutrients.

Use as directed
Adults: Chew one (1) gummy once daily.
